That game was about a year ago, and I'm fuzzy on the details, but he was traped in a corner of one of the Haunted House map from the starter set. I just remember that the last 5 or so move had SeeWolf trying to break away unsuccessfully, and my pathetic attempts to hurt him, also equally unsuccessful.

I play horrorclix with myself too sometimes... I always win... and lose... But it's great practice to play a game with yourself as long as you don't cheat because doing so means your only cheating yourself. Play like you don't know whats in the other person's hand... It helps to have split personalities though... hmm
Ghost Man right this thread has inflatated my ego enought back to the topic...
Are the Marvel Zombie really tough in a game? Focring an opposite only to use X clix against them have a good chance or can you play anyone against them and still have a fair chance of winning?
They have speeds of 6,7, and 8.
Attack at 9 10 and 11,
can all damage an invulnerable monster,
America gives extra plot twists,
can all heal
and can all be played for 245 points.
They were made to be competitive in the Heroclix world, making them very undervalued in the Horrorclix world.
You can beat them, but you would almost have to know you were playing against them, and make to team to beat them.

I think many clix formed in the right team could be take out any other team.
What would a 300 pt Predator team do? 300 pt Alien team?
My thing with the Vamp Hunter, (in this case only) is her cost, compared to what she is fighting against. In a 300 point team you can fit, what, 3 of them... four?

You make a 300 point Vampire Hunter team, and I use the Marvel Zombies + Rookie Zombie Strongman.
Lets see how that works out?
So really there is only a few clixs that work against?
I wouldn't go this far. Like I said before [as someone whose used them] you just have to play against them right, and it does certainly help to have the right team to fight them. But, really, that "right" team is the same team that can kill everything. What you need to do is divide and take them out one at a time, all at once. If not, they can [and likely will] get back to full health pretty easily. Or at least better health. You CAN'T just frenzy them, though, that's the thing.
You see Hulk, go for Hulk FIRST. Hit him with your hardest PT, 'cause he's only got Invul on the FIRST click [for now]. When he's on the useless Determined, whack him, hard, with a Slasher [like always] or anyone who can hit for a good amount of damage [5 is PERFECT]. This might leave him on some really tough clicks, but hopefully you'll have someone else nearby with big enough damage to finish him off.
And when he's dead, the others die pretty well afterwards. Wolverine has some serious upfront damage, but again, focus, one at a time, and kill them.
Aim for the head!!
