I'll post a report or something later tonight. For now, let's see some 100 point builds.
Mine:
E Evil Leprechaun 35
Jane Cleaver 35
R Insect Man 30
I really wanted to use the veteran leprechaun for his 17 defense, but he's 50 points, and that doesn't leave me alot of room to work with. His range is rendered pretty much useless on this map, cramped as it is, so I would pretty much be paying 15 points for +1 defense and later +1 damage. The idea is that between his Dodge and Jane Cleaver's famous Seven Brain Salad, the leprechaun will stay on his slashy clicks for most or all of the game. The Insect Man is just kind of filler... I was hoping I could get in a Chainsaw, but that would make me 5 points over, so it came down to a choice between Insect Man and Blood Vamp. I chose the more consistent defense and damage values on Insect Man over the greater healing potential or Blood Vamp. Normally having a range value probably would have won me over, but like I said, I don't see range being all that useful today.
I was ultimately edged out by Zombie Lion and R Zombie Lawyer. Turn 1 he Grenaded one of my victims, leaving me with the tough decision of who was going to get victims on my team and who was not. Luckily he could only move the victim far enough to reach Insect Man, whose Stamina prevented him from taking damage. Since he was only using two monsters, he only needed two victims for himself, but he was wise to keep his third victim locked up in his side of the cabin. He set his zombies up in the doorway, knowing I would eventually go after him, but not before getting Leprechaun and Jane Cleaver blooded.
I figured the Lep's frenzy-slash ability took the highest precedence, so I immediately made a slaying attempt with him, which was prevented with a Wake Up. Then I went after a second victim with Jane, believing that her ability to frenzy in and heal my Leprechaun was more important than the Insect Man being able to just plain frenzy. On my second turn I went after the same victim with Leprechaun that I did on Turn 1, then moved my Insect Man into place to attack on the next turn. I was hoping that the enemy would miss my 17 defense even with his Lion's AV of 10, because my opponent doesn't tend to have the best luck with die rolls. Sadly, I was the unfortunate one that day, as both his monsters got in solid hits against Insect Man, knocking him all the way to click 5, where he lost Stamina. With that DaV of 1, there was nothing the little bug man could do to damage his zombies, so he was pretty much left to die.
Next turn I moved Jane into place so that she could frenzy against his Lawyer if she needed to in a couple of turns, and Evil Leprechaun cleared. I attacked with the Insect Man just to see if I could roll a crit, because it seemed to me that there was nothing better to do at that point. No such luck, and on my opponent's turn the insect man was killed. My own bad luck continued as I frenzied with Evil Leprechaun, hit the Zombie Lion, and rolled a 1 for my Slash. I ended my turn after that one action (not having space to move Jane adjacent to an enemy), on my opponent's turn he attacked with one of his monsters. I failed my dodge roll and was dealt 3 damage. I believe at this point his other monster had two action tokens and had to be cleared. I rolled a successful breakaway to move the leprechaun out of the way so Jane could frenzy. She hit, but did not crit, and therefor did no damage to the stamina-toting zombie. On the next turn she too was hit for 3, knocking her out of her healing power and into Boss. Suffice it to say, it was a quick downward spiral from there.
That's a dirty little game. I think I wanna try it. I'd probably go with the Leaping Alien and the Running Alien. [Actually, ideally I'd use 2 Running Aliens, but I never got a second Alien set.] Not a lot of damage output, but you'd have easy access to strike whoever, wherever at your leisure, ignoring victims [or not] as you see fit. Maybe swap the Leaping Alien for a V Pride Warrior. Yeah.

the only time I played a 100points battle was with me controlling Valerie Elle and her minions to defend camp crystal lake by the raid of a pack of werevolves and it has a great fun for me and a great winning for her!
