I just unlocked the National Pokedex, beating the Elite 4 with mainly Lvl. 55 pokemon! Insane, eh? Anyway, I'm not sure what you mean by friend code? Impossible and I've been in this game since the BEGINNING...meaning, Pokemon Red/Blue. I've never seen a level 46 pokemon pull off enough moves to drop a level 66 pokemon, especially that of Cynthia's Garchomp. It took me all of my party to take her down and I was mainly at level 55. So, c'mon, kid, unless you went with a cheat code, there's just NO WAY a level 46 pokemon pulls it out against the Elite 4. Heck, I don't think you'd get past Lucian, even...
